Delivery
How long will delivery take? (Mainland UK Customers)
Shipping by courier: Items ordered before 1pm on any normal business day (Monday-Friday) excluding Bank Holidays will usually be delivered the next working day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by us and the couriers to achieve this, and we usually do.
For standard delivery, Redfins Angling relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Redfins Angling will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.
If you have chosen the 'In an A5 Jiffy Bag' shipping method then your purchase will be sent using standard Royal Mail post and therefore will usually take 2-3 days.
Gift vouchers that are posted free of charge will be sent also using standard Royal Mail post; however we can email you the code that will work instantly online. Please call the store if you require this service.
How much will Postage and Packing Cost? (Mainland UK Customers)
All standard orders over £25 will be sent free of charge. All other normal orders will cost £5.95. These are sent using 24 hour courier delivery service - Please note that the courier service is for a Monday to Friday delivery (excluding bank holidays). Please also note that where delivery is to certain areas such as the Scottish Highlands there maybe additional postage charges - please either contact us in advance of ordering or wait for us to contact you after receiving your order.
If you have selected the 'In an A5 Jiffy Bag' with standard post the cost will be £2.50. Please only choose this shipping method if you have made small item purchases and you are sure they will fit in an A5 Jiffy Bag, eg. Hooks & Floats, otherwise there will be additional cost and delays with your shipping.
Gift Vouchers are posted free of charge.
How much will Postage and Packing Cost? (Non UK mainland Customers)
Specific pricing charges are applicable depending on which country you are ordering from. Please proceed to checkout to see how much delivery is in your country - Please note that this is only an approximate guide and if you are ordering multiple items then it is likely that we can offer a better price as we only aim to cover the actual costs. If there is no option for your country, please use the 'contact us' form for a specialist quote. It is worth contacting us prior to ordering online as the shipping charges calculated by the system can on occasion be improved.
Please note that we do not deduct VAT for any orders to the Channel Islands.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on +44 (0)1530 272864. We will contact the delivery agent and call you back to let you know what's happening.

The functionality on the Redfins Website to change pricing to US $ or Euros is only for approximate indication. If you order it is important that the pricing converter is changed back to £ Sterling otherwise the amount you pay will be incorrect.
