Delivery Information

Mainland UK Deliveries: There will be delivery charge of £5.95 for all orders under £100. *Orders over £100 will be Free to Mainland UK. Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by us and the couriers to achieve this, and we usually do. Standard delivery is within 2 business days (Monday-Fridays, excluding Bank Holidays) any time up to 5.30pm.

Non Mainland UK Deliveries: Specific pricing charges are applicable depending on the country the order is being despatched to. Please proceed to checkout to see how much delivery is in your country. If there is no option for your country, please use the 'contact us' form for a specialist quote.

General Delivery Notes: If applicable you will see the delivery charge upon checkout. There may be additional delivery charges for heavy / large items and you will see this delivery charge as part of the checkout process. Online orders placed before 12.00 noon on these business days are usually despatched the same day. Please note that we do not deduct VAT for any orders to the Channel Islands. Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by calling us on 01530 272864. Your items must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. The costs for postage and packaging are your responsibility and we will arrange for collection. The standard costs are as follows: £5.95 per box, plus any quoted charges for large/heavy items or any specific collection times. Refunds will be issued less the applicable delivery and collection charges, once the goods have been inspected, on return to Redfins Angling.

If goods have been damaged in transit then please call us on 01530 272864, within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Redfins Angling we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.

We are not obliged to accept returns where you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software.
